1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Paying Room application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Paying Room is a mobile platform that connects potential tenants with owners of paying guest accomondations and hostels. We act solely as a technology provider and do not own, manage, or operate any real estate property listed.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account password or login credentials.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false information on reviews;
• Uploading viruses, malware, or engaging in spamming;
• Harassing other users or property owners;
• Bypassing payment integrations listed on the App for final bookings;

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paying Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms completely at our discretion at any time. When making changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms.
